passvak, operated by Parent Vertical LLC, signs you in to apps with a code sent to your email or phone and gives you one place to manage your sessions, team, API keys and allowed apps. Developers may add "Sign in with passvak" to their own apps through our API.
You are responsible for the email address and phone number on your account and for anyone who can read messages sent to them. If you believe someone else has signed in, use Sign out everywhere on your account page and change the access to that email or phone. We never ask for a password, because there is none.
A team's owners decide who is in it and with which role. Inviting someone sends an email on your behalf; invite only people who expect it. Owners are responsible for what their team's members and keys do in the apps that read the team.
If you add "Sign in with passvak" to an app, you may use what passvak tells you about a person only to run your app for that person, you must let them stop using your app with their passvak account, and you must not pretend to be passvak. We may suspend a client that abuses the service or its users.
passvak is free for the products we make and, today, for apps that add it. If that changes, you will be told in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
No attempts to sign in as someone else, no automated flooding of codes to addresses you don't control, no scraping or reselling of account data. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.
We run passvak carefully and back it up daily, but we offer it as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, which today is zero.
You can delete your account at any time from your account page; everything in it is removed. We may close accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms; the date above says when. Questions: hello@passvak.com.
